Counseling and Therapy by Skype!

At some point every one of us can end up in difficulties for some reason. If this happens it's good to have someone to contact quickly.

I am convinced that the therapy sessions and counseling via Skype work at the same way as face to face. The whole thing is about talking with each other and through the technology like Skype, we can talk face to face even if living in different countries.

Online counseling - e-therapy - is when a professional counselor or psychotherapist talks with you over the Internet, to give you emotional support, mental health advice or some other professional service. It could be one question, or an ongoing conversation; it could be by e-mail, chat, video or even Internet phone (voice-over-IP).

E-therapy is a good alternative source of help when traditional psychotherapy is not accessible. It’s effective and it’s private. It’s conducted by skilled, qualified, ethical professionals. But don´t compare e-therapy with psychotherapy, it can´t be compared to traditional psychotherapy. But an e-therapist can help you. There are many people who cannot or will not see a therapist in person. In these cases e-therapy is a form of counseling which is a very effective source of help because you ARE talking to a therapist and when using Skype, you can even see her or if you don’t want to show your face it is not necessary but can be helpful for the therapist.

There are many people who could use this kind of therapy to feel better. Therapy online is even cheaper than face-to-face therapy and it is of course good for the one who needs help. It is even easier to contact the therapist fast and often you can get a time same day.

The mental health industry sometimes makes it difficult for people to get the care they need and when systems fail them, many people are helped by turning to the Internet and find a therapist there.

I would like to offer this service. The advantage is that you can stay home, you can contact me quickly, even in the evenings after appointment and the price is obviously lower than the price you would pay if you meet your therapist in the therapy room.

Of course, we use the camera if you want but it is the client who decides if we use it.

How does it work?

You contact me either by e-mail, contact form, phone or Skype and we agree the time for the session. You pay via PayPal. It's that simple.

Once you've decided you to buy two sessions of 45 minutes for reduced price, you can decide if you want to continue, we decide how often and then you are also getting support via daily e-mail if you want.
