Traffic Exchanges have become an intricate part of the internet and a necessity for online advertising commerce. Most every start-up business online today will utilize the benefits of a TE to build initial creditability and reputation. Just the repeated impressions an exchange can provide, increases a website's Alexa rating to allow a relatively unknown business to begin the long climb to the top of the search engine ladder. Yet the traffic exchange itself, experiences a challenge of it's own. Any TE owner will tell you how hard it is to establish their own credibility to the point that they can attract enough members to view the sites that they have in inventory, much less get enough sites to view in the first place. So it becomes a paradox. How do you get members, if you don't first have someone viewing their sites
